Everyone is glad when school is over, even those of us who like it. It’s been a long year, and a break is welcome.
I’m excited for next year. I’ll be back to scheduling and teaching just 3 classes, not 5. So while I will still be cranky, I’ll have less of a good reason.

Jerk
Got called a jerk yesterday. And the kid (it was a kid) really meant it. I just sat there.
Hmm. I didn’t much like it. But I was pushing the kid, hard. And I’ll keep pushing the kid. Mediocre performer, not serious enough, should be a star. We’ll see.

Fridays are always good
